Surely most everyone has it in their CamaroZ. It's getting down to 15* tonite and only a high of 33* tomorrow here so it would be a good time to check it and make sure your car has enough to be safe this winter

I ruined a 69 428 Cobra Torino in 77' by not checking the antifreeze. Got lazy and cold (DUH) and thought I would wait until the next day. Big mistake!

I figured everyone had done this already but just in case I posted. In '93 I went to bed with 3 cars and woke up with one:eek:. I had done a '70 chevelle SS clone with a 355. Found a 4 core radiator, put it in a week before ( when it was 50* outside ) and didn't add enough green. It split the radiator and busted the block down both lifter valleys.

Ouch! Man that left a mark in a couple of places. Radiator, block, and wallet, them things aint cheap!

I'll try to dig up a pic of it. It had fresh "Flame Red" paint with white SS stripes, I even ordered that black rear bumper pad that the SS's had on them. I guess it was a lesson learned:(
