Good start -- but here are some ideas for group to consider:
1. change names of officers in the draft to reflect those discussed at last meeting. e.g., President, not director; Scribe, not secretary, etc.
2. question the listing of charity as the leading purpose of the club. Is this to placate lawyers/courts in the unlikely case of a lawsuit? Maybe our Doraville peace officer has a thought on this. Otherwise, I'd say drop it and keep the purpose very clean, that is to say it's about Camaros. If we are flush with cash at some point, we can always vote to make a donation to a worthy cause on an ad hoc basis.
3. change the terms of officers from two years to one year. May get more volunteers if the term is shorter. Incumbants can always volunteer for a 2nd term.
4. Overall, keep it simple. KISS. Less is better.

That's my 4 cents worth for now.
