I was wondering if yall would be interested in having a BBQ sunday sometime here in about 3-6 weeks before it gets too cold. If so I'm gonna rent a pavillion at Sharron Johnston park for us. They have a small lake, playgroung, etc. Everyone bring the family out so all the hens can meet each other and the kids can play. Post up and let me know if you are interested and what your sunday church schedules are and we'll go from there.

I'm headed back to Georgia for the weekend , this week Kenny, I haven't seen my girlfriend in a couple weeks. Sorry, wish I could make it. I try to get back every other week. yall have a blast.

I wasn't talking about this weekend, just was looking to see if everyone would be interested in it. I was thinkin of doing it here in about 3-6 weeks. I'll edit the orig post to clear that up

You know i am up for it...But it seems everytime something comes up and keep missing events...ARRRRRGG..

Maybe this winter I will throw a house party...Then I will make it for sure..Haha.

Let me know also the next drag night kenny...Or is track closed already for season..???

If this ends up happening I'll be there all day so that may make it so you can show up sometime before dark. The house party sounds killer to me tho, keep me posted on that for sure! I believe that the track is gonna run test and tune til december, they usually open it up on sundays about now also.

I believe it was around 270mi or so. This isn't set in stone yet, I was just kinda fishing around to see what kind of interest from the local guys I'd get.

Kenny im 98 miles from the gathereing and you came thru here to get there. I think mapquest said your 2.5 hours from me depending on traffic. Cant rem miles.:D

I believe it may be too late in the season to be able to catch a sunday that the weather will be good enough to do it but I'm still gonna give it a shot. It would be nice to try to find a more central location to have a clubwide BBQ next spring. Little river canyon in FT Payne is a very nice place with plenty of spots for things like that. They also have a 20mi + scenic drive that follows the river and ends back up where you begin.
