This is a start .... The hood ,and dash are fiberglass....
If you like them . here is the link http://www.vfnfiberglass.com/site.htm

The dash is not priced to bad I just wish i could see it in a car before i fork out the $259.00 How do you all think fiberglass would look?? I guess I never would have to worry about it rotting.

I'm not feelin' the dash. Too "Honda-ricey-NOPI-show-car" for me.

I do, however, LOVE the hood. L88 hoods look awesome on Camaros. Funny thing -- I think they look terrible on Corvettes. And those were the cars to have them from the factory!

I like the overall look of the car. shiftin

Roof line lowered 2 inches from stock
Sculptured front valance brake ducts – will blend into side skirt
Imbedded LED lights into body- no light housings.
invisible Electronic Door Handles
No exterior trim chrome, seamless glass to metal to provide wrap around effect.
Black Chrome Bumpers molded into body.
Flat sealed underbody with diffuser- Spoiler

I am going to buy a plastic model of mt car and crop the top to see how it would look. to give me a better feel of it.

We all wish for a car like that. I def like the hood, they are just plain cool. Not into the fiberglass dash. Would be a fair amount of prep to look good after paint. But it's your car.

Yeah I was 20/80 (yes/No) for the dash I just think it would be a huge mess
having to cut it my self ,and then hoping it does not look like crap.
I have never really done much with fiberglass, that is why i was asking peeps opinions.

That hood however will be mine ! hahacoffee

There's a company called " Just Dashes" that you can ship your original one to and they'll redo it to original specs. With the 2nd gens it's hard to get a new one that the entire thing fits right ( bolt holes, etc ). the hood is trick tho, and it'll lighten up your car alot!

kool I will check them out. you know how long it takes to get the dash back? and how much does it cost? Mine is in good shape its not dry rotted at all. It is just starting to lift up on the right side by the window =( .

So I take it the after market ones dont fit good? that stinks.

It ticks me off how you can by every part to a mustang no mater the year....
but 70-81 camaros don't have crap out there...:mad::mad::mad:
THEY NEED TO GET ON THE BALL!!!!!! LMAO

The glass dash...if it fit better than the repops (I have one), and finished out nicely...I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Just dashes...Kenny, I have no personal experience, but heard over at Nasty, they're too proud of thier work ($$$), and there have been reports of less than stellar quality.

I do like the L88 hood!

I have been looking for an L88 hood. Who sells it? Big blocks don't fit under stock hood unless you use a flat intake.shiftin
I see the link now.

Yeah the black 70 would not cost 300k to build your self.
and the BM cars are just collector items only 12 of the red ones are being built.
