A few of you know Chris from the other club and that he has hodgkins disease for the last 5 years. He and his family really could use the prayers right now.this a copy of the email I got tonight



Howdy All,

I wanted to let you all know how Chris has been doing.

Last Friday Chris was having difficulty breathing and he was very weak. I took him to the Winship Cancer Clinic and they admitted him into Emory Hospital. Chris has been diagnosis with Aspergillosis fungus in his right lung. He is in a very serious condition.

So far Chris has not responded to the drug treatment they have been giving him. They are now trying a new fungal drug. The Doctors are doing their best to help Chris recover and Chris has fought long & hard for five years. So if there is anyone who can pull through it would be Chris.

Last night Chris was very weak and he had a difficult day. Doctor Wallis told me that he was going to do all he can but to prepare for hardship.

Please pray for Chris and his family. Ask God to provide us the strength to continue to fight this battle and restore good health.

I'll keep you all updated as I get the reports from the Doctors.

I just got back from the hospital. Chris is in good spirits and the new drugs should start working in the next couple of days WOOTWOOT
He should make the October Canton cruise in.....
So thanks for keeping him your prayers WOOTWOOTWOOTWOOTWOOTWOOT

Chris passed away Monday Night :(:(:(
