Well, gotta go to North Dakota for a few days. My dad passed away New Years Eve...Viewing is friday night, and funeral is saturday. Probably won't be around much till next week, gonna have family there that I haven't seen since the mid 80's.

I'm back yall. Kinda rough at the viewing. Retired Navy, they had his Senior Chiefs uniform on him. Saw an aunt and grandma I hadn't seen in 20 years, along with my little sister and youngest brother. After the funeral, we went across the street for a little fellowship in dad's honor...we were slammin doubles of Crown Royal as a toast, after 10 people had 6 shots, we had to switch to JD, had 4 of those, then we left and killed the rest of dad's 1970 bottle of Crown. I haven't been that ripped in more than 20 years. I still don't feel right, got in a wrestling match with my next younger brother, (whom I never lost to...)and he handed me my azz...LOL
It was great to see my family, but I wish it would've been under different circumstances. I'll be driving up when it warms up to pick up his 78 Trans Am, needs a resto, but dad got a 455 from a cousin to drop in it. Saw another cousin, who will sell me a 71 Chevelle...(if I can talk Lynne into it)
