North Meeting

I'm figuring, with "yea's" from several north members, Saturday the 13th, maybe at Chili's, probably around 1 PM. Still have a few calls to make, with work and family in for the holidays, been kinda tough. To top it off, got a phone call yesterday, from one of my younger brothers...my dad had passed away. I'll have to leave for North Dakota, Thursday AM, and won't get back till late Sunday night. I guess worst case scenario, everybody doesn't make the January meeting. I'll get on the phone this evening, should give people time to get over hangovers!

World Of Wheels is 2/9 thru 2/11, so we can't have it on the the 10th, unless everybody's gonna be there...need input!

I can do either. if we do alpharetta i found a restaraunt on mapquest that sounds good and isn't to hard to find. It's called smoke jacks it's at 29 S. Main Street. I mean it doesn't apear to be to hard to find and i will call this afternoon and see about parking.

Yeah Nick, the Mall of Ga site was good, but I yhink we need to spread it around a little, so the same guys aren't driving the distance all the time. It would work out so that every 3rd month, we'd be at the Chili's. I think we still need to go further West/Southwest for the March meeting. It really doesn't matter to me, I've got the long drive wherever we have the meeting. Just trying to make it fair for everyone else.

I think there's a Loco's, and a Steak and Shake, somewhere close to North Pointe Mall also...is that right Bruce?

One thing to keep in mind when selecting a spot is parking and ability to sit about a dozen or so at same time. Smaller Mom and Pop places may not like us hanging out for two hours or so. Especially since it will be on a Saturday at noon (more or less). The larger chain places, like Chili's, don't seem to mind as much. So pick a spot and post it up.

It's the 95 rs 5 speed maroon fresh paint, leather interior, my dad found the car and since he is in the car business got a good deal on it. As soon as the snow melts he is going to trailer it down here but right now they have about 5 inches of snow.
