I agree 100%! The green backdrop makes it stand out and shine like fresh paint. Knowing you've put it together yourself makes it sweeter.

The " Real Flame " paint is killer, looks real like on the movie backdraft, almost 3D, not the redneck usual flamejobs around

I do too, but then again there is something to be said for "basic black". Always a classic. Silver rally stripes would be classic too. You could paint a turd on the car and it would still be gorgeous. :cool:

Thanks yall! I think I'm gonna stay with black. Lynne isn't really a fan of flame jobs, and I need to let her have some input. The hood and spoiler need to be painted, some of the trim studs need to be ground down, and a little paint on the doors...then the whole car needs to be wet sanded...
I have some other things that need to be done first tho, which are mostly expensive things (suspension, maybe a tranny rebuild)...I'm just happy to be able to drive it!!
