Ok, I am looking for your opinion on what you think about the new look of Southeast CamaroZ.
I know about the few little minor details I have to work out but over Things are taking Shape.

Thanks Guys, Greg ask me to help and I am more then willing to help. I have a few more Ideas, But first the good part is yet to come and thats next.....

I will be installing a gallery in the next couple of day . I will also be talking to Greg about other changes he would like and we will slowly whip this place into shape. Not like it wasn't already,lol....

Ok, I am looking for your opinion on what you think about the new look of Southeast CamaroZ.

While there are some nice changes, overall, I think the new look in some instances is harder to read.

The dark gray background on some screens is a very pooor contrast choice. Especially against red typeface.

The header I think is distractive and looks amaturish. There are two Southeast CamaroZ lables and they compete with each other. It is way too busy. The image of the first gen red Camaro is distorted (elongated). If that's on purpose, that's one thing. If it is not, it needs correction. Better yet, I would delete that image altogether. And then highlight the existing Southeast CamaroZ logo which is flush right. I would center that as the header and improve the graphic quality, if at all possible. The shading or ghosting of the test makes it hard to read and it just looks sloppy, in my opinion. It looks like a a third generation copy made on a poor copier.

The intro paragraph on the "flash page" has a number of stylistic and grammatical errors. They need to be corrected. I will be happy to provide my revisions if you wish. And I understand that this is a work in progress.

Overall, I would have left in the white backgrounds for most, not all, of the text fields. Have two shades of gray with black text reduces contrast and readibility. Remember the KISS concept. And sometimes less is more.

I do like the text and font choices overall and those are improvements. But the thing to remember id that "form follows function." The prime purpose of this site is Communication. When some style aspect interferes or competes with readibility and ease of comprehension, then that style is dysfunctional.

Crafting the web site is hard work and I certainly appreciate all the hard work that the web design team has done so far. Continued improvements and upgrades will benefit all.

Well first, This will be a little touchy at first and maybe even a mess but as I work through the week it will all straighten out.
Greg has my promise that everything will be up to his standerds.
Now I know their is a few things that needs to be worked but with everyone constructive comments I think we can really give some real style to things.
