Here are pictures of my 71 RS/Z28. This Car is 98% original. It has all matching numbers, and only 49000 miles. It has been sitting in a carport since 1981. I washed it for the 1st time two weeks ago. I also have all the original paper work, including the protoplate. .http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k137/annah4589/FrontEnd.jpg

The distriubutor, air cleaner, plug wires, upper radiator hose, water pump and tires are the only things that did not come from the factory on this car. I will start to restore this car this fall.

Just noticed the 150mph speedo and the 6500rpm redline. It just keeps getting better. Even the metal dual line and holley carb. Did that come with a dual snorkel air cleaner? The bias-ply tires are a nice touch also!!!:D

I've been rebuilding carbs for folks since I was 15. I know tons of stuff about Holleys. When it comes time for you to get yours done let me know. I'd make sure it would run better than it did new. I go as far as idle circuit / throttle blade position, air bleed flow, pump cam speed adj.

Thanks Kenny but, since this is the original carb it will go back to Holley to be rebuilt and, replated. I would have my friend at Reed cams flow it if it was not the real deal. I have always ran a flowed carb. There are all kinds of tricks you can do to a Holley. A little bit goes a long way.;)

Could you get my 650dp flowed this winter? Does Reed have any solid grinds around 250-254@.050 520-530 lift? I run a Comp 250-252@0.050 519-525 lift now with 10 degree locks and comp part# 986 dbl spring, 1.440 od. I wouldn't mind trying one of their sticks
