1994 Camaro on craigslist (needs repair)

How much of a problem is fixing the belt housing where the clutch slave cyclinder mounts? This guy says thats the only problem. Overall it looks like a great camaro.

Figured someone on here might want it. I am considering it myself just wondering what kind of work is involved in that repair if any of you all know.

Bellhousing is between the trans and block . would need to remove tans first and or both at the same time . not a big deal if that is the only problem .
