Anyone plan on attending this year? I'll be there. Look out for last months COTM. It would be nice to meet some of our Florida members.

Drove by there twice on I-95 heading to and from Vero. We shouted "Hi" as we went by, did you hear us? lol!! Was awesome seeing all the cool cars on the road (and on trailers). Did you see the neon green Woodie with the custom matching trailer?? It was pretty cool...

We got back home last night about 7:30pm after leaving at 9:30am. It was hard to leave. The weather was 77 bright and sunny the whole time. It took me two days to walk the show. I saw some real nice cars. I'm happy, mine was the only one of its kind. I was really shocked at the response it got from people epecially when I took it out Friday and Saturday nights cruising at Bellaire. I had a guy flag me down on A1A in So. Daytona. He passed me and pulled a u-turn and signaled me into the tiki hotel parking lot. I thought something was wrong with the car. He and his wife got out and proceeded to tell me that they looked the car over real good cause it was just like the one they had back in the day. That right there made the whole trip worth it too me.
I have to say there was a strong showing of 78-79's there. I saw my favorite one, the 79 CHP car. The owner of that car is good friends with the person I bought my car from. There is another story behind that. Overall, it is a expierence of a lifetime when you particiapate. The cruising, the weather, the people, it was a blast. I only have a couple of pictures, i'll post them up when I get home and get a chance.
