When adding a Picture to you album, they can not be in Bmps format. Must be in Gif, Jpg or png format.
You can use you aldums to add photos to your post in the forum also.
All you will need to do is:
Open your album > find the photo you want to add to your post and click on it > once open you will see the link code under the Picture. add that link code to your post.
And thats it.
