These are off a 02 SS that was ordered with sport suspension. My question is are they lower than stock springs or more stiff. He took them off cause they sat to high.
They are painted dark blue. Here is a pic in case coil count helps I think Ebach made them but only 2 different ones are offered on the site.

I think they are about 1in or 1 1/2in lower. I have the same ones. I havent put mine on yet either. I got mine from Greg. They were on his SS before GMMG got a hold of it, so he would def. know all about them.

Thanks. These have 7k miles on them and he said it sat too high. Mine sat ok with worn out shocks. Now looks like I pumped up the air shocks. Hope these help some.

Yea, a friend of mine ordered his with them and said it looked about the same height as mine is now. He lowered his. He said he had three options and picked these. I have only seen one SLP option on line. Hey, for 20 bucks and a case of beer....Its worth a try. Has 7k miles on them.

Hard to tell by photos. I wish it was a before and after. Never took any after the shocks.

Does it ride any different with the new springs?

They look like a progressive rate spring. They should have a good ride under normal driving and ride firmer under harder cornering. How many fingers can you put in between the tire and wheel well?

How many fingers can you put in between the tire and wheel well? Before, 4 fingers. Now 2 1/2.lol Still have to do the fronts. With 17's it is 47" on three corners. Left rear is 47 1/2. From what I read,(ls1 tech) that is normal.

It rides a little better with the new shocks + springs. It had always been stiff to me.

My car cornered good but it wasnt THAT stiff. Ive rode in Dean and Gregs cars and they seam to be real stiff over bump and things like that.

Thats cause they have more money to spend than the rest of us Bobby.:p:p

Bobby part of the stiff ride comes from the tires. The less sidewall you have the stiffer it will be. Jeff if you quit spending all your money on Zach's car you would be just like Greg and me.:D
