Gotta give you credit DC when you called Zach and i and said it was bone dry you wasnt bullshi#$in. Cause when we got there it still was for about 5 Mins. Then we stood under the stands and waited for the rest to show up and ****ed if they didnt!!!

Had a good trip overall. Did an oil change saturday, 7qts of 10w40 and 1qt of Lucas. I got to track yesterday, did the jet change, fired it up and put some heat in it. It was at 160* so I reved the throttle and blowed the seal off the oil filter:eek:. Went to the parts house and got a new one agian. I made a pass, blew the tires off bad. I ran a 9.30 @ 80mph after loosing .6 seconds off the 60' due to spinning ( fell off 1.80 to 2.39 ).
79Z28 and Glenoweth was there. '79 was running great, totin the left front off the line on some 7 teen passes:cool:

Believe it or not the car feels alot better. I got a buddy with 2 rims that I can put my slicks on so hookin won't be an issue next time. Took it off the trailor yesterday and went to my home test street, rollin 15mph, stabbed it in 1st, pulled 2nd, and it bounced off the box at 6800rpm til I was tired of spinning. It's never done it that hard before, made some great lookin marks tho.:D:cool:shiftinshiftinshiftin

Nice Kenny happy to see you took it down the track ... If i could have stayed longer I would have been right there next to you.. Next time you go to the track I'll do a few runs... that would make some cool pics 2 club cars going down the track side by side.
